biz2globe exists because the people who kept Main Street's books are leaving faster than they are being replaced, and their clients deserve better than a goodbye letter and a referral list.
How we work
We are a bookkeeping and accounting services firm serving small businesses across the United States and Canada. The operating idea is old-fashioned: named people, written commitments, plain answers. The tooling is not: cloud accounting, bank feeds, and a monthly close that runs on a checklist instead of a memory.
Every engagement gets a written scope, a committed delivery date, and a person you can name. When you ask a question, the answer comes from someone with your ledger open, within one business day.
We would rather tell you no than tell you maybe. If your books need a licensed CPA, an enrolled agent, or an attorney, we say so and help you find one.
Three commitments

Plain answers
Who actually does the work on my books?
A named bookkeeper assigned to your engagement, with a second person reviewing every close. You are told who they are before you sign, and if that ever changes, you are told before it happens, not after.
What software do you work in?
QuickBooks Online and Xero are home turf. QuickBooks Desktop, Wave, and spreadsheets we migrate from regularly. You keep ownership of the software subscription and the file; we work inside it.
How do you keep my data secure?
Bank connections run through read-only feeds inside your accounting software; we never hold your banking credentials. Documents move through a secure portal, not email attachments. Access is per-person and revoked the day an engagement ends.
Do you file my taxes?
No, and we think that is a feature. We keep the books tax-ready year-round and hand a complete package to a licensed tax preparer, yours or one we introduce. Preparation and bookkeeping stay separated, so each side checks the other.
What happens at tax season?
Nothing dramatic, which is the point. Because reconciliation happens monthly, January looks like every other month plus one package: final statements, general ledger, and schedules to your preparer, with 1099 information ready before deadlines.
How fast do you respond?
One business day, from a person with your file open. Not an autoresponder, not a ticket number, and not a chatbot wearing a human name.
Where does the name biz2globe come from?
The ambition is wide, but the work is specific: your business, your books, one ledger at a time. Wherever you are in the country, the standard is the same, and you will always know exactly who is doing the work and where.
